The Stretch - Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 2026 1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account or using The Stretch, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use The Stretch. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. 3. Description of Service The Stretch is a daily competitive trivia platform where users complete daily quizzes, earn points, build streaks, compete on leaderboards and accrue achievements. Features, scoring systems, quizzes, and rules may be updated, changed, or replaced at any time at the discretion of the operator. 4. Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to: Share your account with others Create multiple accounts Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or scraping methods Exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities Attempt to manipulate scores, streaks, or leaderboards We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these rules. 5. User Content You may provide profile information such as usernames, location and avatar images. You agree not to upload or display content that is: Offensive, vulgar, abusive, or inappropriate Harassing or discriminatory Illegal or intended to harm others We reserve the right to remove content and/or ban accounts at our discretion. 6. Cheating and Enforcement Fair play is a core principle of The Stretch. If a user is found cheating or violating platform rules: Their account may be suspended or permanently banned Any active subscription time will be forfeited Future billing will be canceled prior to the next billing cycle Scores, streaks, and leaderboard entries may be reset or removed 7. Payments and Subscriptions Paid subscriptions are handled securely by a third-party payment provider (e.g. Stripe). We do not store or process payment details directly. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and may be canceled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period unless terminated for violations. 8. Refunds Refunds are not generally provided. However, in cases of extended service downtime or system-wide issues, partial refunds or credit adjustments may be considered at the discretion of the operator. Streak adjustments or score corrections may also be applied in such cases. 9. Availability and Service Changes We strive for 100% uptime, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Temporary outages, maintenance, or unexpected downtime may occur. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. 10. Intellectual Property All content on The Stretch — including quizzes, questions, scoring systems, design, and branding — is owned by the operator and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission. 11. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account. 12. Limitation of Liability The Stretch is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: Data loss Downtime Scoring errors Account suspensions Any indirect or consequential damages 13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. 14. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time.
